2. Definitions
- Service: the website docjuno.com with all its pages and tools.
- User: anyone who uses the Service.
- Tool: a feature of the Service for working with files, such as merging, compressing or converting.
3. What the Service offers
The Service provides free tools for PDF and image files. They run in the User's web browser. Files are not sent to the Service provider. Using the tools does not require an account or payment.
4. Technical requirements
You need an internet-connected device with a current version of a common web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript enabled. Very large files depend on the memory of your device.
5. User obligations
- Use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms.
- Only process files you have the right to use.
- Do not try to disrupt the Service or use it to spread unlawful content.
6. Liability
The tools are provided as they are. We take care that they work correctly and test them on real files, but we cannot guarantee that every result will be error-free for every file. Keep a copy of important originals: because files never reach us, we cannot recover them. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of results, or for breaks in availability caused by maintenance or reasons beyond our control. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
7. Intellectual property
The design, texts, graphics and code of the Service belong to the Service provider or its licensors. Files you create with the tools belong to you.
8. Complaints
You can report problems with the Service by e-mail to contact@docjuno.com or in writing to the address above. Please describe the problem and give a contact address. We reply within 14 days.
9. Changes and governing law
We may change these Terms, for example when new features are added. Changes take effect when published on this page. Polish law applies, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means and the Civil Code. This does not deprive consumers of the protection given by the law of their country of residence.
